H48H Forged Type Flanged Feed Water Pump Protection Check Valve is installed on the high pressure feed water pump outlet pipeline of the thermal power unit to prevent backflow of the feed water and protect the feed water pump. The valve cooperates with the pump's small flow to automatically re-circulate the side valve. When the feed pump is at a low load or the exit door is closed, the automatic recirculation bypass valve should be in the open position to ensure the safe operation of the pump. When the empty exhaust check valve opens, the recirculation bypass valve closes automatically. It should not be used for media containing solid particles and high viscosity.
Working principle: Open the outlet valve and start the feed pump. After the feedwater reaches a certain pressure, the valve disc will rise to a certain height under the action of the feedwater pressure. Pushing the valve seat will cause the water to flow out. At the same time, due to the rise of the valve disc, The connecting rod rotates, and the discharge valve piece is toggled to move the recirculating blade valve downward and close the emptying port. When the flow of the water supply decreases, the valve disc falls, pushing the connecting rod to open the emptying valve piece, and then opening it again. The circulating valve maintains a small allowable flow rate of the pump. When the pump is stopped, the valve flap automatically falls and closes the valve port passage to prevent the destruction of the high pressure water hammer water supply system.
