Q642F stainless steel Y-type three-way ball valve has two kinds of mutual 120° and two through holes 135°. The whole is made of stainless steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L and other materials. The product has a Y-shaped flow channel and a valve seat. It is a three-sided valve seat, which is mainly used to switch the flow direction of the Y-type pipeline for acid and alkali corrosive media.
Stainless steel y-type three-way ball valve seat sealing is based on different working conditions. The sealing surface can be made of polytetrafluoroethylene (≤200ºC), para-polyphenyl (≤300ºC) (that is, soft sealing form) or hard alloy (≤ 600ºC), spray-welded nickel-based alloy (hardness greater than HRC60), supersonic coated tungsten-cobalt alloy (hardness greater than HRC70) and special hardened materials (ie hard seal form) and many other advanced process materials. This product has a compact structure and easy Operation and maintenance can meet the requirements of different working conditions, especially suitable for various harsh working conditions.

Y-type three-way ball valve is a new type of three-way ball valve with three connecting ports at 120° each other. This valve can solve the connection problem of the valve when they are at 120° each other. At the same time, it can also be customized into two-way holes according to customer requirements. Between them is 135°, so that we can use our medium to achieve the purpose of switching the flow direction. According to different working conditions, the ball valve and valve seat can be sealed by soft sealing, spray welding nickel-based alloy (hardness greater than HRC60), supersonic coating of tungsten-cobalt alloy (hardness greater than HRC70) and special hardened materials. For a harsh working condition, the soft seal is suitable for working conditions below 200ºC, the hard seal carbon steel does not exceed 425ºC, and the stainless steel does not exceed 500ºC.Features:
