When device starts up,under the pressure from inlet,condensed water and air flow into steam trap and lift the disc,discharging condensed water quickly.
With high temperature condensed water flowing into the steam trap, secondary evaporation will arise,dynamic pressure rise and static pressure down,disc moves downward.
Meanwhile,secondary evapouration enter above the disc,pushing the disc move downward,stopping steam flowing out
With secondary evapouration condensing and forming more condensed water,steam trap start a new cycle.
