The valve is controlled by solenoid valve and can implement remote open & close operation to substitute electrical driven gate valve or butterfly vale.
The 600X motorized valve is a kind of waterpower operated valve that utilizes a solenoid valve as its pilot valve. It is normally used in automatic control for water supply and drain systems and other industrial systems.It is precise and quick in its response in the process of control and utilizes remote operations through turning on/off the management system via remote control signals. It can also replace gate valve and butterfly valve for applicationin large-sized electrically operated systems because the shut-off speed of the valve is adjustable and smooth shutoff can be realized without causing any pressure variation. This valve is small in volume and weight, simple to maintain and repair, easy to use, safe and reliable. Both 220VAC and 24VDC can be used for the solenoid valve and you can choose to use the constantly open or constantly closed valve according to you actual needs during a specific situation.Pressure Rating: PN10. Working Principle
Being Used as a Pressure Relief Valve
When the pilot valve is on the status of relieving valve, water flows out through needle valve, main valve controlling chamber, ball valve A, pilot valve and Ball Valve B. Then the main valve is open. When the inlet pressure exceeds the pilot valve setting pressure, pilot relief valve will open automatically, some water will flow out through Ball Valve C to relief pressure. When the pressure reduced to safety setting value, pilot relief valve will close automatically. Ball valve is open when the main valve is used as Relief Valve.
When the Pilot valve is on the pressure sustaining status, only when the main valve inlet water pressure lower than the pilot valve setting value, the pilot valve will close, then the main valve chamber pressure rises, main valve will close. When the main valve upper stream pressure exceeds the pilot valve setting value, pilot valve will open, and the water in the main valve chamber will flow out through ball valves and main valve start to supply water. Ball valve C is Closed or replaced with a screwed plug when the main valve used as sustaining valve.
