It is made by compounding high-strength and highly stable polyester curtain fabric diagonally with it, and then vulcanizing it through high-pressure and high-temperature molds. Single ball rubber joint is a pipe joint made of fabric reinforced rubber parts and flat movable joints, which is a high elasticity, high airtightness, medium resistance, and weather resistance.

1. Single ball flexible rubber joints can greatly reduce the vibration and noise of pipeline systems, and fundamentally solve problems such as interface displacement, axial expansion and contraction, and different degrees of centrality of various pipelines
2. According to different materials, single ball flexible rubber joints can be made into various varieties such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance, etc., suitable for various media and environments.
3. The material belongs to polar rubber, with good sealing, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, and long service life. However, it should avoid contact with sharp metal tools to avoid puncturing the sphere.
4. If used overhead, elastic brackets can be equipped, and the bolts should be tightened diagonally during installation.
5. When the pipeline pressure is too high, limit bolts should be used to connect the flanges at both ends together.
6. The flange connection standard adopts GB4216.3-4216.5 standard, which can be explained separately. This product has a working pressure rating of 0.6Mpa, 1 Mpa, 1.6 Mpa, and 2.5 Mpa.
