Application

H44Y Hydraulic Pressure Test Swing Check Valve is used as:

It is installed on 300MW and 600MW boiler superheater outlets, reheater inlets, and outlet steam pipes as isolation devices for hydrostatic testing. In the non-drive mode, after the water pressure is removed, the internal blockage plate is removed and the guide sleeve is installed. It can be used as a pipe, and the blockage plate can be installed again at the next water pressure.

1, the valve pressure level is equal to or higher than the design pressure and design temperature selection.
2. Valves are designed, selected, manufactured, inspected and accepted according to relevant standards such as E101, ANSIB16.25JB/T6903, JB/T6440, JB/T6902, JB/T6439, and JB/T3595.
3, the valve has no gear.
4. Two types of pressure self-tightening seal structure and bolted valve cover structure are adopted, and the two ends of the pipe are welded.
5, using a flat O-ring seal, valve seat made of stainless steel surfacing.
6. For the use of non-transmission method, plug the plate into the hydrostatic test, and remove the plate after the hydrostatic test.
7. The blocking plate seal can be adjusted by adjusting the adjustment screw on the upper end of the support to achieve the purpose of sealing.

1. The installation of the valve must be installed in the direction of the injection arrow of the valve body. For the use of non-transmitting rotating device, remove the blocking plate after the hydrostatic test. The O-ring seal should be properly stored.
2, water pressure test water temperature is 20-70 °C.
3, when the valve and pipe are welded on the opposite side, the inlet and outlet of the valve body and the caliber of the connecting pipe should be consistent. If the valve interface piping material is incompatible, weld transitions are required.
