Introduction:

Composite Air Vent Valve is applied on the highest position or the places which are stuffed by the air in the pipelines. It can exhaust the air to clear the pipeline so as to keep it working well. Without the air vent valve, the flowing liquid in the pipeline will cause the air heat, which will block the pipeline and then affect the drainage capacity. Secondly, the electricity-cutting problem will cause the backpressure while the pipeline is working, which will make the pipeline vibrant or broken, the air vent (suck) valve will suck the air quickly so as to avoid of the damage.

Working Principle

The Working Principle: 
The valve body looks like a round barrel. The inner parts include stainless float lever and valve disc, the valve can be installed at pump exit or water transmitting pipelines. When water flows in the pipe, the plug will stay at the opening position to vent the air massively. When there is no air in the pipe, the water will make the ball floating and cause the plug to the closing position, then stop exhausting the air. If there is few air gathered to some certain extend in the pipe, the water level will drop, which will make the floating ball falls, then the air will vent through the small orifices. When the sucking pump stopped working and there is no air in the pipe, or when there is backpressure in the pipe, the plug will come to the open position automatically, then valve will suck in the air so that the pipelines can working safely.
