Piston Type Multifunctional Water Pump Control Valve (DS101X/201X)
Diaphragm Type
Piston Type
This product is Y Type Structure with Double Chamber Operator. While working, it has following advantages: Half-straight flow direction, Large flowing rate, Low Pressure loss, Steady Open and close, No Pressure Fluctuation, etc. Double Chamber Operation Apparatus can be disassembled as a whole, which is easy for inspection. Diaphragm is made of Nylon Reinforced Rubber, which makes it has long service life. Valve Disc sealing gasket can be removed, which is convenient for maintenance.
4.2 Working Performance:
Multifunctional Pump Control Valve can be installed in the system pipelines or the outlet of the pump. While normal working, the inlet side medium push the main valve disc lift, then the medium flows into the middle chamber through the flowing regulator, which makes the valve open quickly. When the valve stop working, the outlet side medium flows into the upper chamber through the regulator, the operator will move downwards and make the main and pilot valve disc move downwards, thus the valve can be closed quickly or slowly and avoid the backwards flowing of the medium.

6. Assemble Notification
6.1 The best assemble direction of the multifunctional pump control valve is horizontal assembling.(i.e. the Bonnet is upwards)
6.2 Check the medium flowing direction before assembling so as to avoid wrongly assembling.
6.3 Clean the pipelines before assembling and a strainer needs to be applied in front of the valve, which will avoid the impurity affect the working performance and will prevent the damage of the product.
6.4 If the working temperature is below 0, heat insulation materials need to be used.
6.5 There must be enough space to assemble the Multifunctional Pump Control Valve. And the control valve needs to applied behind the check valve. The details can be referenced the assembling drawing.
7. Notifications
7.1 Check the condition of the pilot valve, matching pipes and fittings before operation.
7.2 Check if the regulator on the pilot valve and matching pipes can work flexibly.
7.3 Maintain the pipelines after operating the system for some time.
8. Testing Methods
8.1 Open the globe valve 3,12 ( 3, 13 of the Piston type.)
8.2 Let the pump start working and check if the inlet and outlet pressure is normal.
8.3 Let the pump stop working and check if there is water hammer and if the pump act reversely.
8.4 If the water hammer is big, then need to open less of the globe valve.
8.5 If the pump acts reversely, then need to open more of the globe valve

4. Features & Working Performance
4.1 Features:This product is Y Type Structure with Double Chamber Operator.
