H664Y Hydraulic Power Plant Steam Turbine Extraction Check Valve
When the check valve closes, the solenoid valve shuts off and shuts off, shutting off the air supply. The quick-discharge valve starts and the air in the lower chamber of the cylinder is exhausted. The check valve closes quickly.

2.Vacuum test under vacuum condition, the whole life meets user requirements;

4. The valve flap is designed to be connected with the valve rod through the rocker and can be aligned with the sealing surface of the valve to ensure that the sealing surface is consistent;

6.The valve is equipped with a damping weight, which can balance the dynamic torque of the closing part to prevent the occurrence of hammer.

8. The actuator is a spring-return type cylinder or hydraulic cylinder, and is relatively independent of the action of the valve closing part. The failure of the actuator does not affect the action of the closing part;

Structural features
1. The sealing surface surfacing Cr13 series stainless steel or cobalt-based hard alloy has good wear resistance, and the sealing performance is stable and reliable.
2. When the medium is flowing in the forward direction, the air is injected into the lower chamber of the cylinder and acts together with the weight to balance the valve flap in the fully open position. When the medium is flowing in the opposite direction, the lower chamber of the cylinder piston is quickly relieved and the valve flap closes quickly within 0.5 seconds.
3. The weight hammer acts on the pin shaft through the extension rod and the shift fork to balance the weight and the moment of the rocker to prevent the water hammer phenomenon from occurring. When the medium flows in the forward direction, it helps to open the valve and keep the valve stable and reduce vibration during operation.

Air circuit system working principle
The air source comes from the compressed air (air source pressure 0.4~0.6Mpa). After the ball valve enters the two-position three-way solenoid valve, it finally enters the cylinder air inlet through the quick exhaust valve, and the check valve opens. Extraction check valve use
