Brief Introduction


Oxygen shut-off valve is a valve designed based on the operating characteristics of the oxygen pipeline network and considering the flammable and explosive characteristics of the oxygen medium, with safety performance as the design principle, and referring to the provisions of the Oxygen Safety Regulations to ensure the safe operation of the oxygen pipeline network. The main material is made of stainless steel or copper alloy with good flame retardancy, and the sealing surface is the main body or welded D802. Other internal components are made of stainless steel or copper alloy; The lubrication of the transmission parts adopts non combustible lubricating grease and is marked with obvious oil prohibition marks. Structurally, the bracket adopts a fully closed seal and is equipped with a static discharge device. The valve stem is equipped with a dust cap.

Structure Specification

1. For nominal pressure PN ≥ 1.6MPa and DNl25-200, an internal bypass structure is adopted; DN250-500 adopts an external bypass valve structure. Its purpose is to reduce the pressure difference between the front and back of the valve to avoid high flow velocity, high scouring, and prevent the generation of high temperatures, thereby ensuring the safe operation of the oxygen pipeline network and reducing operating torque.
2. Medium flow direction: PN ≥ 1.6MPa, DN ≤ 100 medium flows from below the valve disc into above the valve disc (i.e. low inlet and high outlet), DN ≥ 125 medium flows from the valve disc to below (high inlet and low outlet). For valves with DN ≥ 125, a medium high inlet and low outlet flow direction is adopted, which not only meets the structural requirements of the bypass valve, but also greatly reduces the closing force of the valve due to the pressure of the medium.
3. This valve is equipped with an electrostatic safety device to prevent sparks from being generated due to static electricity.
4. Compared with ordinary globe valves, the bracket of the globe valve for oxygen pipelines adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the protective cover plate on the bracket can be opened when pressing the packing, which plays a role in preventing oil and dust. And there is a clear ban on oil.
5. All parts undergo strict degreasing treatment.
