Brief Introduction.

TD32/TD42/TD42F/TD52 Steam Trap is a kind of thermodynamic steam trap which is mainly used for the environment with low condensate back pressure and low capacity requirement, similar to Spirax Sarco Design.
Structure Principle

Structural Characteristic.

1.Assembled with steam or air heat preservation mechanism and unaffected by the environmental humidity;
with operation frequency decreased, its service life prolonged.
2.Provided with filter screen and drainage valve .
3.The valve runs flexibly and reliably with large displacement.
Working Principle

Working Principle.

a.When device starts up,under the pressure from inlet,condensed water and air flow into steam trap and lift the disc,discharging condensed water quickly.

With high temperature condensed water flowing into the steam trap, secondary evaporation will arise,dynamic pressure rise and static pressure down,disc moves downward.

Meanwhile,secondary evapouration enter above the disc,pushing the disc move downward,stopping steam flowing out

Application

Main Function.

The valve is applicable in the steam pipeline and equipment to avoid steam leakage and eliminate steam leakage in order to conserve energy and keep from water hammer and other faults.
Due to their compact design and cost effectiveness thermodynamic steam traps are widely used in applications where the condensate must be removed immediately from steam lines and steam equipment. They discharge the condensate near the saturation temperature.
