Throttle globe vent valves are widely used as closed-circuit devices in pipelines for petroleum, natural gas, coal gas, liquefied petroleum gas, refining, airports, chemical industries, oil and gas storage and transportation, etc.
1. Normally closed state: The hard seal of the valve disc is pressed against the protrusion of the valve seat, forming a hard seal. At the same time, the soft seal embedded in the valve disc is tightly pressed against the end face of the valve seat, forming a second seal. The dual quality sealing structure ensures zero leakage of the valve. Moreover, due to the balance hole opened in the valve disc, the valve disc receives less force when closing and opening, and also has less torque when opening and closing the valve.
2. Slow pressure state: When the bottom end of the valve disc leaves the sealing surface of the valve seat, due to the proximity of the bottom end surface of the valve disc to the bottom edge of the cage shaped sleeve opening, a seal is formed between the valve disc and the inner diameter of the cage shaped sleeve. And there is no direct release of pressure, thus achieving a mitigating effect.
3. Throttle state: The carbonyl at the bottom of the valve disc leaves the valve seat and further opens, forming a first stage throttling at the small flow head. High speed fluid flows directly to the small valve disc after slow pressure throttling. As the edge of the valve sleeve window is the final throttling surface, when high-pressure medium directly flushes the throttling channel, eddy currents are generated at the bottom of the valve disc due to the change of medium direction, reducing the direct flushing of the medium on the valve disc. Therefore, the valve seat seal also avoids direct flushing of the medium. At the same time, because the sealing surface of the valve disc is conical, it can blow away dirt and impurities on the sealing surface of the valve seat, protect the sealing surface, and extend the service life of the valve.
4. Fully open state: When the valve disc is fully open, the entire valve is in a fully vented state, reducing the resistance of the fluid in the cold valve, shortening the venting time, and improving the venting effect of the valve.
1. This valve is a new type of throttling, shut-off, and venting product. It adopts cage shaped labyrinth throttling, with multi-stage throttling effect, obvious throttling effect, reliable sealing, and convenient operation and maintenance.
2. The valve adopts dual sealing (hard and soft sealing) to ensure reliable sealing. The hard alloy cover can be more resistant to air flow erosion and wear, and the dual sealing can achieve zero leakage under high-pressure gas medium conditions. The valve has a long service life.
3. The sealing surface of the valve seat adopts a tapered seal, which is conducive to cleaning the dirt attached to the sealing surface of the valve itself.
4. The valve disc of the valve is equipped with a balance hole and a piston type seal, ensuring stable operation under full pressure difference conditions for opening/closing, with light and flexible opening and small opening/closing torque.
5. The throttling cut-off vent valve and the double acting throttling valve have both throttling and shut-off (zero leakage sealing) functions. The throttling part is separated from the sealing surface to reduce the erosion of the seal by the airflow.
6. The double acting throttling globe valve also has multi-stage throttling function, with a large throttling pressure difference, which can be applied to throttling and shut-off under high pressure.
7. The packing adopts a V-shaped packing structure with self sealing ability, which does not require adjustment and is extremely lightweight to open and close. There is an auxiliary sealing grease injection structure at the packing box, which ensures reliable sealing performance of the valve packing.
8. This valve can be repaired online, and the pipeline can replace a series of vulnerable parts such as packing under pressure.
9. This valve is equipped with a large drain hole at the bottom of the valve, which should be opened if necessary to clean the dirt inside the valve.
