Brief Introduction.
Liquid expansion type steam trap is equiped with a stainless steel bellow,and as a main action element,the bellow is filled with liquid which gasification temperature is under the water saturation temperature.When the device starts up and saturated water appear in the pipelines,the liquid in bellow is in condensate state,the trim will be at open position under the action of spring.When the temperature of saturated water become higher,the liquid in bellow will evaporate and expand,the pressure in bellow will be higher and lead the trim move to the close position,before the condensate water is at the saturated temperature,the steam trap will close up totally.
Usage.
This series steam trap is mainly used in heating equipment,especially for steam thernal pipeline.Feature.
1.The metal bellow elastic element can be auto-adjusted between 65~110 C,the discharge temperature can also be adjusted manually.
