GAF4QH-10C Blower System Safety Valve is mainly used for Blower Hot Air System. It serves as an overpressure protection Device.
Structure Principle

1. Due to the fact that the fan is mainly used for low-pressure air medium, the safety valve of the fan has removed the outlet discharge flange and uses small holes evenly distributed around the valve body to directly discharge the medium. The spring chamber is directly set on the back of the valve disc. After adopting the above patented structure, the valve structure is more compact, the medium discharge is smoother, and the weight of the valve is only traditional safety. 1/3 to 1/5 of the valve.

2. The fan safety valve adopts a patented structural design of a pressure storage groove between the valve disc and valve seat. Compared with traditional safety valves that use adjustment rings and fixed screw structures, the structure is simpler, the valve is more convenient to use by Jiangsu valve manufacturers, and the valve performance is more stable.

3. The minimum opening pressure of traditional safety valves is generally 0.1MPa, while the opening pressure of safety valves for fans often requires less than 0.1MPa. Even if traditional safety valves use springs with smaller stiffness, they cannot accurately and sensitively operate under low pressure. The design opening pressure range of the fan safety valve is 0.02~0.2MPa, so the action of the fan safety valve is very accurate and sensitive under low pressure.

4. The force point of the fan safety valve spring acting on the valve disc through the valve stem is very close to the sealing surface of the valve disc, while the force point of the traditional safety valve is far from the sealing surface of the valve disc. Therefore, compared to the traditional safety valve, the action performance of the fan safety valve is more stable and reliable.

5. Traditional safety valves discharge the medium unidirectionally through the outlet channel, which can easily cause system vibration when discharging the medium. However, fan safety valves are distributed around the valve body through small holes evenly distributed on the circumference. The medium is discharged evenly, the valve operates smoothly, and there is no vibration.

6. The fan safety valve does not have a regulating ring, making it very easy to use. The safety valve has been debugged according to the opening pressure required by the user before leaving the factory. Users can directly install safety valves on the system for use.
