The Hastelloy steel ball valve opens or closes through the 90° rotation of the ball to realize the connection and cut-off function of the pipeline. The valve is connected to the actuator (electric, pneumatic, worm gear drive, hydraulic or gas-liquid linkage, etc.) through the key on the valve stem. The output torque of the actuator is transmitted to the valve stem, and the valve stem drives the ball to rotate 90° to realize the opening and closing action of the valve. The close fit between the ball and the seat ring, as well as reasonable material selection and precise processing, determine the best sealing pair matching as a cutting medium. The elastic element behind the valve seat provides the minimum pre-tightening force required for the seal between the valve seat and the ball. At the same time, the sealing surface design of the valve seat ring meets the required specific pressure and allowable specific pressure required for sealing.
Hastelloy steel ball valve structure is a hard-sealed ball valve. The valve is a split structure, and the ball and valve seat are installed from the side.
Valve body: Made of Hastelloy forged steel material. The chemical composition and mechanical properties meet the requirements of ASME standards.
The ball and valve seat are internal parts, which are completely exposed to the medium. A metal hard sealing contact is used between the valve seat and the ball.
The surface of the valve seat and the sphere adopts first surfacing welding of cobalt-based alloy (first thermal spraying of cobalt-based alloy, then tungsten carbide and then cobalt-based alloy, the thickness is more than 1mm, remelting treatment), and then the cobalt-based surface adopts the world's most advanced " Nickel-coated tungsten carbide supersonic thermal spraying and remelting process" hardening treatment. Improve the wear resistance, hardness and erosion resistance of the sealing surface.
WC is a kind of cemented carbide with high hardness, high strength and high wear resistance. Its grain size is generally below 0.2~1.0μm, most of which are below 0.5μ,m. It has the high hardness of cemented carbide and high-speed steel. Strength of. Its hardness is not less than HRC68, and the bonding strength is not less than 70.
The hard-sealed ball valve produced by our company uses nickel-coated tungsten carbide (a certain ratio of tungsten carbide is added to Ni60) on the valve seat and ball surface with supersonic thermal spraying. The thickness can reach 0.5~0.8mm. To ensure that the sealing surface is not affected by the medium and its particles; reduce the friction coefficient of the surface and improve the surface anti-wear performance. It has the characteristics of wear resistance, friction reduction, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, low friction coefficient, and anti-seize. It can improve the surface properties and increase the life span.
