The steam water separator is upgraded by combining baffle type, centrifugal type, swirl type, gravity type, baffle type, and filling type steam water separators. The steam water separator uses high-temperature nanofiltration for more efficient filtration and removal of liquid droplets carried by steam and compressed air systems. A large amount of water containing steam and compressed air enter the separator and move downwards in a neutral swirling centrifugal direction. Due to the different densities of gas and liquid, if both need to be filtered together, the liquid will usually be filtered onto the filter, And gas can pass through. And because of neutrality, the gas will still move in the original direction. The liquid left on the filter will be diverted to the bottom of the separator for condensation and discharge, thereby improving the gas quality and achieving a saturated gas effect of up to 99.9%
