T47H-16C or Q floating ball drain regulating valve is suitable for industrial departments with heaters in power plants, chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, and other industries. It is a necessary equipment for regulating the water level of the deoxygenated steam tank and effectively controlling the amount of water in the heater.

1. This valve has a larger overall size and is suitable for high back pressure without steam leakage. The discharged condensate is saturated water close to steam pressure, which is beneficial for improving the equipment thermal efficiency and energy-saving characteristics of secondary steam utilization of this valve.

2. As the condensate level of the valve rises, when the floating ball rises to a distance of 403mm from the bottom plane of the cover, the valve is fully opened, causing a large amount of condensate to be discharged into the water tank. When the float ball drops by 113 millimeters, the valve is fully closed and condensate cannot flow out, stabilizing the float ball and limiting it to a range of 113 to 403 millimeters. This allows the valve to only discharge air, water, and high-temperature condensate, while preventing steam leakage.

3. This valve utilizes changes in the condensate liquid level to raise and lower the float ball, and can also be operated by a handle to drive the lower opening and closing device to open and close, achieving the function of drainage and air blocking
