H664Y Pneumatic Steam Turbine Exhaust Swing Check Valve designed and manufactured by Yongjia Goole Valve Co., Ltd. is based on the imported technology and adopts the most advanced design, manufacturing, material technology and redevelopment to meet the requirements of the domestic 600MW and 1000MW. The steam turbine extraction system of the generator set requires the valve products and its technical performance has reached the international advanced level. It has supplied hundreds of domestic and foreign power companies with hundreds of high-quality and low-cost products. It has been well received by many users and has replaced some imported products. It saves a lot of foreign exchange for the country. This series of products are mainly used in the extraction system of thermal power turbines below 600MW to prevent the back flow of medium or water, and play a protective role for important facilities such as steam turbine pumps. Its performance requirement is that in the very condition that the medium of the pipeline is flowing back, power off, accident, etc., the valve is closed instantly and the closing time is less than 0.5 second.

Working Principle

Air circuit system working principle

       The air source comes from the compressed air (air source pressure 0.4~0.6Mpa). After the ball valve enters the two-position three-way solenoid valve, it finally enters the cylinder air inlet through the quick exhaust valve, and the check valve opens. Manual directional valve is used for the flexibility of running test valve.
      When the check valve closes, the solenoid valve shuts off and shuts off, shutting off the air supply. The quick-discharge valve starts and the air in the lower chamber of the cylinder is exhausted. The check valve closes quickly.
      Electromagnetic valves, air handling components and other control components, according to the requirements of the turbine plant using the United States ASCO imported products, but also can be equipped with other domestic and foreign manufacturers of high quality products to ensure excellent performance and high reliability.

Extractor check valve features

1. Design, manufacture, and acceptance standards are ANSI B16.34, E101, or JB/T3595, and strength and sealing performance fully meets the requirements of the standard.
2.Vacuum test under vacuum condition, the whole life meets user requirements;
3. For different temperatures, the main material is carbon steel or high-temperature steel, and the sealing surface is surfacing hard alloy;
4. The valve flap is designed to be connected with the valve rod through the rocker and can be aligned with the sealing surface of the valve to ensure that the sealing surface is consistent;
5.The valve seat sealing surface is inclined at a certain angle to reduce the closing time, reduce the impact, and protect the safety of the equipment itself and the pipeline;
6.The valve is equipped with a damping weight, which can balance the dynamic torque of the closing part to prevent the occurrence of hammer.
7. The body cavity of the valve adopts a streamlined design, which has large circulation capacity and reduces valve resistance.
8. The actuator is a spring-return type cylinder or hydraulic cylinder, and is relatively independent of the action of the valve closing part. The failure of the actuator does not affect the action of the closing part;
9. The cylinder or the inner wall of the hydraulic cylinder is coated with a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant layer, which can increase the life span, reduce the resistance of the movement, and make the valve flexible and reliable;
10.The closing part is opened with a limit mechanism to avoid damage caused by opening over position;
11. The actuator is equipped with the valve switch position signal output, valve open position local indication;

Structural features


1. The sealing surface surfacing Cr13 series stainless steel or cobalt-based hard alloy has good wear resistance, and the sealing performance is stable and reliable.
2. When the medium is flowing in the forward direction, the air is injected into the lower chamber of the cylinder and acts together with the weight to balance the valve flap in the fully open position. When the medium is flowing in the opposite direction, the lower chamber of the cylinder piston is quickly relieved and the valve flap closes quickly within 0.5 seconds.
3. The weight hammer acts on the pin shaft through the extension rod and the shift fork to balance the weight and the moment of the rocker to prevent the water hammer phenomenon from occurring. When the medium flows in the forward direction, it helps to open the valve and keep the valve stable and reduce vibration during operation.
Application

Extraction check valve use 

H664Y valve is used in non-corrosive media such as water suction system of power plant or thermal power plant, or other system, to prevent sudden reduction of pressure in steam turbine when steam turbine load is applied, steam in the extraction pipe and each heater reverse flow into steam turbine Causes the steam turbine to shatter and destroy the turbine generator. It will prevent the leakage of the heater system piping and close the water from the extraction steam. When the feedwater heater is at a high water level, the pneumatic device components will be connected to the liquid. After counter-current signals, the turbines are quickly separated to provide maximum protection to the turbine or the pumping system.
