Brief Introduction. 

ZZHP Pilot-operated Automatic Pressure Regulating Valve is mainly composed of valve,actuator,spring,pilot,pulse tube.It is usually used in petroleum and chemistry industry as a air sealing protecting device of large storage tank.
 
When the medium flow into detection device,ideally,the force of medium can balance with preload pressure of spring.If  the pressure in storage tank under the set pressure,the pilot valve will open,air flow into main valve actuator through pressure reducing valve and throttle valve to open the main valve,then nitrogen flow into storage tank until the pressure in tank rise to the set pressure.if  the pressure in storage tank rise to set pressure,the preload force of spring will close the pilot valve,accordingly,the actuator will push main valve to close to stop supplying nitrogen.thereby make sure air not leaking and make storage safe.
