Remote control by the drive unit or manual operation via the handle. The sanitary diaphragm valve uses the valve stem to directly press the rubber membrane on the valve seat to cut off or connect the vacuum system.
The sanitary diaphragm valve adopts the connection form of looper flange connection, quick release flange connection and welding connection. Welded connection is divided into welding type I connection (that is, welding at both ends), and welding type II connection (that is, one end is welded and the other end is inserted).
The sanitary valve adopts the clamp type, which has the advantages of simple structure, beautiful appearance, quick assembly and disassembly, quick switch, flexible operation, small fluid resistance, safe and reliable use, etc.
All steel parts are made of acid-resistant stainless steel, and the seals are made of food silicone rubber or PTFE, which conforms to food hygiene standards. It is widely used in many industries such as food, wine, beverage, dairy product, fine chemical, pharmaceutical and biological engineering.
