The action force distance of the electric flange gate valve is larger than that of the pneumatic valve. The opening and closing speed of the pneumatic valve can be adjusted, and the structure is simple and easy to maintain. During the action process, due to the buffering characteristics of the gas itself, it is not easy to be damaged due to jamming, but there must be a gas source, and its control system is also more complex than that of the electric valve. Electric flange gate valves have sensitive response, safety, and reliability. Many factories with high control requirements have specially set compressed air stations for pneumatic instrument control components. Electric is a device that requires electricity and can control its flow rate.
(1) The valve adopts a pressure self tightening sealing or valve body and valve cover gasket sealing structure, ensuring safe and reliable use.
(2) The valve disc adopts a double gate structure with a universal top in the middle, which can automatically adjust the sealing surface of the valve disc and valve seat to ensure the sealing of the valve. At the same time, this structure is easy to maintain and the valve disc has good interchangeability.
(3) The electric device is equipped with torque control mechanism, on-site operation mechanism, and manual and electric switching mechanism. In addition to on-site operation, remote operation, PLC control, and intelligent control of 4-20mA current input and output can also be carried out.
(4) The manual valve is opened by a manual mechanism or a handwheel during impact, reducing the operating force of the valve.
(5) Valves can be installed at any position in the pipeline, and carbon steel or alloy steel valves can be selected based on the temperature of the medium and medium.
Used for analog quantity regulation of medium flow in pipelines of liquid, gas, and air systems, and is controlled by AI. In the control of large valves and air systems, electric valves can also be used as two position switch controls.
It can have AI feedback signal and can be controlled by DO or AO, which is more common in large pipelines and air valves.
